Hair came pretty fast, communication was great, the hair looks good, I recommend washing the hair prior to installing the hair does have a chemical like smell, but it's nothing heavy. The hair is true to length very long which naturally you will get some tangling esp with hair this curly and this long, but it's soft and looks very natural I love this hair!! Alil water and curling cream keeps the hair tamed even when it's dry it's a very natural kinky curly look. I recommend this hair.
